At PPS Engineering, we connect technical consulting, design and engineering, material supply, prefabrication, installation, service, training, welding equipment rental and digital support into one seamless process. We become involved as early as the initial design phase, working with the customer or project designer to find a technically sound, safe and efficient solution.
Our work does not end with the delivery of materials. We provide the manufacture of prefabricated parts and piping assemblies, implementation support, professional equipment service, technical consultations and training. Thanks to our own facilities, experienced team and long-term partnership with GF Piping Systems, we can take responsibility for individual parts of the project as well as their mutual coordination.
Our goal is for the customer not to have to manage a number of separate suppliers, but to have one technical partner who understands the project from the beginning through to its long-term operation.
Our installation teams provide complete plastic piping installations for industrial applications. We use socket, electrofusion, butt, IR and bead-free welding technologies. Delivery can include coordination, pressure testing, documentation and handover of a complete functional system.

We provide fast, reliable and flexible material deliveries for industrial piping systems. Our extensive stock enables us to deliver most materials anywhere in the Czech and Slovak Republics by the next day. Urgent delivery is available, and our specialists will help with product selection and order preparation.
Welding technology
In addition to technical consulting and sales, we offer short- and long-term rental of welding machines and accessories, including operator training. The machines are serviced regularly, and we provide solutions for different project types and welding methods.
Rental machines
Our specialist engineering teams prepare comprehensive designs for plastic piping systems. We support technology design, project coordination, 3D modelling, technical calculations and material selection. The result is an accurate, safe and operationally efficient solution.
We manufacture accurate custom components, from small parts and manifolds to complete piping assemblies. Preparation in our production facility reduces on-site installation work, lowers the risk of errors and shortens delivery time. Every assembly is prepared for its specific technical and operating requirements.
We provide warranty and post-warranty service for welding machines and can supply replacement equipment while repairs are in progress. We also assist with Signet sensor setup, probe and flowmeter calibration, diagnostics and actuator service, helping restore safe and reliable operation quickly.
We organise professional training at PPS Engineering and at GF Piping Systems training centres. Programmes are tailored to participant experience and cover welding methods, correct technology use, joint inspection and maintenance. Practical workshops are led by experienced instructors.
GF Piping Systems digital tools support accurate design and coordination of technology systems. BIM, Plant Design and CAD libraries give engineers access to current product data and make it easier to integrate reliable solutions into project documentation.
